Services

Our technical staff are fully trained and competent on SHARP and carry replaceable parts in their vehicles to effect repairs. Service Agreements are available on most Sharp Photocopiers and Multifunctional Devices, depending on the model.


WarrantyWARRANTY

We strictly adhere to the manufacturer's parts and warranty policies and would require proof of date purchase to effect parts warranty repairs. Labour charges can apply as follows:
  • Return to Workshop
    $80.00 plus GST for the first hour plus parts. A quotation fee of $40.00 plus GST is applicable for work not carried out but is waived if the repair is completed.

  • On-Site
    The call out fee of $130.00 plus GST is chargeable and covers travel and the first thirty minutes at the equipment. Additional time is chargeable in fifteen-minute intervals at $25.00 plus GST. All parts are chargeable to non-service agreement call outs. If the client is outside the 50KM radius of the city of Melbourne an additional travel fee will be charged.
