Can I view the equipment and have a demonstration?

Sharp Direct maintains a showroom for clients where most models are on display between the hours of 9am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Are Service Agreements, Parts and Consumables readily available?

Sharp Direct has a comprehensive workshop where technicians are based. We offer reduced rates for return to base products as well as Service Agreements where we service in the field.
Our warehouse has a large quantity of spare parts and consumables so we can minimize our customer's downtime.

What is the manufacturer's warranty?

Sharp offer parts only warranty, however Sharp Direct extends that warranty to up to five (5) years on our standard Service Agreement.

Can we buy toner from Sharp Direct?

We like to get customers to acquire their toner refills and replacements from Sharp Direct; we offer genuine approved Sharp toners and developers. Sharp Direct stock a full range of toner cartridges for most sharp copiers and fax machines.

Can Sharp Direct still service Sharp Analogue copiers?

Yes. Sharp Direct stock a full range of parts and have the expertise to repair almost every copier manufactured by Sharp.

Is the Sharp range of Copier/Printers able to be connected to our Network?

Most Sharp Digital Office Copiers have the ability to be connected to most networks.
